Catalog description

Law Externs work side by side with Assistant Attorneys General in the Kansas City regional office representing the State of Missouri in civil or criminal proceedings. Law externs may be placed in one or more of the divisions of the AG’s office: financial services, litigation, labor, consumer protection, public safety, or governmental affairs. Students eligible for Rule 13 student practice authorization may appear in court. Students may appear in Jackson, Clay, Platte, and/or Cass Counties.
