Catalog description

This course will cover intentional torts, including battery, assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, defamation, and privacy rights. Importantly, this course will not only teach the doctrine of torts, it will teach students how to prepare for classes in general by explaining how to study, brief cases, outline, and take exams.
