This course reinforces and further explores the complexity of topics introduced in Contracts ( LAW 8501 ), including a deeper study of sections of the Uniform Commercial Code relating to the sale of goods. The course also will introduce concepts of contract law that are normally not covered in LAW 8501 , such as third-party beneficiaries and novation.
