Catalog description

This course will provide foundational knowledge within the field of community and public health nutrition. This includes examining topics and building skills for basic nutrition, nutrition education, health promotion through nutrition, preventing diet- related disease, and advocating for nutrition programs, services, and policies among communities and within populations.
