Supply Chain and Operations Management in the Era of AI prepares graduate students to design, coordinate, and lead supply chains in an era defined by digital transformation and intelligent technologies. Students are exposed to the full circle of supply chain management, including demand planning, sourcing and procurement, production decisions, inventory and handling, MRP and ERP systems, Lean/JIT, quality management, CSR and sustainability. Students apply quantitative models and AI-driven tools to evaluate trade-offs, anticipate risk, and inform data-driven decisions.
