Catalog description

A lecture course on oral oncology with a focus on the biologic aspects of cancer, the detection of oral cancer and the different modalities of cancer treatment, the dental aspects of surgical reconstruction and prosthetic reconstruction following cancer surgery, and management of the patient prior to, during, and following radiation therapy to the head and neck and during chemotherapy for systemic cancer.
