Continuation of Jazz Improvisation III. This course features analyses of the blues, free improvisation focusing on rhythm changes and bi-tonal/polytonal chords, as well as styles from Dixieland to contemporary jazz. A strong emphasis is placed on solo construction and development of individual styles.
