Human Structure Function III Credits: 5
University of Missouri-Kansas City · UGRD · Fall 2026
1 section
Catalog description
The Human Structure Function III course is the sequel to Human Structure Function II and a prequel to Human Structure Function IV. It is an integrated, team-taught approach to studying the human body. This is achieved by sequencing lectures so that a single organ system is viewed from five disciplines (anatomy, biochemistry, embryology, histology, and physiology) in the same time frame. Human Structure Function III will address the GI, endocrine, and reproductive systems and build upon the foundations established in HSF-I and HSF-II.
