This course is intended as an introduction to the specialty for the novice clinical student. The pediatric surgery student will work as part of the team providing hands on clinical care in inpatient, outpatient, and emergent settings. Students will participate in rounds, clinic, and the operating room. Credit Hour s : 2 Prerequisites: Successful completion of the first two years of medical school.
