SCC Pediatric Surgery Selective

Catalog description

The pediatric surgery student will work as part of the team providing hands on clinical care in inpatient, outpatient, and emergent settings. Students will participate in rounds, clinic, and the operating room. The student will do one approximately 10 minute presentation on a mutually agreed upon topic. Credit Hour s : 5 Prerequisites: Successful completion of the first two years of medical school. Successful completion of 5 of the 7 core clerkships. One of the 5 must be the Surgery Clerkship
