Catalog description

This course takes a ground-up approach to understand the nature of emotion regulation and dysregulation. It describes the nature of commonly used emotion regulation techniques and the evidence that supports them. Major emotion regulation mechanisms involved in emotional disorders and in their treatment are examined. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: PSYCH 1000 . This course may be restricted to Undergraduate Psychology Majors during Early Registration
