This course develops the conceptual foundation of neutron and x-ray scattering methods for probing the structure of epitaxial films, nanomaterials and their buried interfaces. A particular emphasis is given to the use of intense synchrotron x-ray radiation. Course graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3
