This course examines leadership and organization theories as well as ethical and legal principles in relation to resource management and delivery of effective nursing care. Students will analyze societal and political issues and trends related to nursing and contemporary health care. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 4 Prerequisites: NURSE 3320 and NURSE 3470 and NURSE 3670 and NURSE 3920 . Honors eligibility required
