Catalog description
This course will provide students with the specialized knowledge, skills, and competencies required to deliver nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. Key concepts and topics will include growth and development, health promotion, and health restoration of common acute and chronic conditions. Emphasis is placed on the clinical judgment model and provision of safe family-centered nursing care. Graded on A-F basis only.
