This course will focus on developing knowledge of basic principles of pharmacology, medications used to treat common conditions, the nurse's role in medication administration, and patient education. Medication administration skills will be developed in the lab portion of the course. This is the first course in a two-course series. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 4 Prerequisites: Restricted to Clinical Nursing Majors
