Neurology/Stroke Inpatient Experience

Catalog description

The student will work as part of the inpatient neurology team. During the rotation, the student will have an opportunity to participate in the care of patients on the general and stroke inpatient services. Students may elect to spend one week on each service or both weeks on either. Opportunities may be available to students in the following areas: Intensive/Critical Care Unit and Neuro-Interventional procedures. Credit Hour s : 2 Prerequisites: successful completion of the first two years of medical school
