Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to provide a detailed review of key physiological considerations for an exercise prescription in populations such as older adults, pregnant women, children, and those with physical/mental disabilities, in addition to those with pathological conditions including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, arthritis, obesity, and others.
