Overview of the procurement process used by retailers; execution of pricing strategies, negotiations, retail planning at the category and item level; use of software to analyze data and make procurement decisions. Graded on A-F basis only. May be restricted during early registration to: Business students only and/or students who have declared the Sales and Customer Certificate on their academic plan.
