Catalog description

Second course in the senior design experience for aerospace engineering students. Topics include the fundamental principles used in engineering design of aircraft or space systems. Teams will follow the design process used in the aerospace industry including iterative analysis and design and establishing and achieving design constraints. Other topics include project management and technical communication during the design process. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: C- or better in MAE 3630 , MAE 3820 , MAE 4390 , MAE 4690 , MAE 4840 , and MAE 4970
