One-dimensional compressible flow with and without friction and heat transfer. Topics include isentropic flow, normal and oblique shocks, expansion waves, and compressible flow in nozzles and diffusers. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: C- or better in MAE 3400 or MAE 3440 . Restricted to Mechanical Engineering students only
