Introduction to elasticity, fatigue, and flight loads. Topics include thin-walled structures under bending, torsion, and shear loads; shear center, shear flow, and column buckling; energy methods; and materials selection for flight applications. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: C- or better in ENGINR 2200 . Restricted to Mechanical Engineering students only
