Catalog description

Study of what are generally considered to be business or organizational crimes. General topics to be explored may include: mail and wire fraud, conspiracy, securities fraud, tax fraud, government contracting fraud (with particular emphasis on the False Claims Act), the Hobbs Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Acts. Credit Hour : 1-4
