Catalog description
A study of the process in which a neutral third party assists others in resolving a dispute or planning a transaction. The course addresses the mediation movement as regards public policy, politics, professional responsibility, malpractice, and negotiation. Students develop mediation and negotiation skills through readings, demonstrations, experimental exercises, and preparation of a case study. Credit Hour : 1-3
