This course will cover principles and practices of post-conviction remedies available to collaterally attack criminal convictions. The course will focus heavily on federal habeas corpus review of state and federal convictions, but will also examine other procedural vehicles for challenging convictions, such as state post-conviction review and federal coram nobis.
