Catalog description

The course provides an in-depth study of the federal income taxation of corporations and their shareholders, including the tax aspects of forming and capitalizing a corporation, corporate distributions, redemptions, and taxable and tax-free corporate liquidations. This course will be taught using the problem method of instruction. Credit Hour : 1-3 Prerequisites or Corequisites: Must have taken or be currently enrolled in LAW 5375 Basic Federal Income Taxation Prerequisites: LAW 5375 Basic Federal Income Taxation
