Catalog description
The course is designed to give lawyers a better understanding of the meaning and dynamics of conflict, so that they may better understand their client's situations, as well as the mechanisms that may be most appropriate to the resolution of any particular dispute. The course draws its theoretical teachings from a variety of disciplines beyond law: psychology, sociology, anthropology and economics. Credit Hour : 1-3
