Catalog description

This course is designed for students who want to understand the language and practices of business regardless of whether they contemplate being a business lawyer or not. All lawyers, regardless of their specialty, regularly encounter the language and concepts of business. The purpose of the class is to provide law students with little or no business knowledge or background with the information they need to practice law effectively in a business environment. This class is intended to educate students to be comfortable with business concepts regardless of their prior background. So liberal arts undergraduates should feel comfortable taking this class. Credit Hour : 1-3
