Catalog description

Administrative Law is concerned with the process government agencies use to make decisions. As such it develops the requirements for establishing rules and policies. It also covers the means by which agencies enforce regulations and statutory provisions, and the means for securing judicial review of rules and enforcement actions. Credit Hour : 1-4
