Legal Analysis, Research & Communication II

Catalog description

This course is a continuation and expansion of LARC I. Students will continue to receive instruction about (and improve upon) the skills learned in LARC I. Additionally, students will learn to craft legal arguments and use persuasive legal writing techniques within the context of litigation-based simulation. Students will draft multiple court-based documents and present oral arguments. Students will compete in the 1L Moot Court Competition. Credit Hour : 1-3 Prerequisites: LAW 5080
