(cross-leveled with JOURN 4408 ). Lectures provide an introduction to the magazine industry, including types of publications, roles of an editor and skills needed for today's magazine editor. Labs focus heavily on sentence structure, grammar, syntax, usage, punctuation and style. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: C- or higher in JOURN 7830 or JOURN 7450 or JOURN 7804
