(cross-leveled with JOURN 7442 ). This course introduces students to the use of drones to produce aerial photography and video for journalistic use. Students produce and discuss aerial content while preparing to pass the FAA certification for commercial drone pilots. The laboratory portion of the course involves hands-on flight training. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: C- or higher in JOURN 4180 or JOURN 4200
