(cross-leveled with ISE 7350 ). This course covers quantitative methods for forecasting, scheduling, and production control in manufacturing and service systems, enhanced with generative AI tools. Students will leverage generative AI to develop, code, and analyze simulation and optimization models using Python. The focus is on practical applications of AI-assisted modeling to improve operational decision-making and system performance in real-world production and service environments. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: ISE 4210 and ISE 4230 . Departmental consent required for non-ISE majors
