An introduction to a systems engineering approach for designing, integrating, and managing complex systems (financial, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, service, etc.) over their lifecycle. This includes system modeling, specification, structured problem solving, system design methodology, and the application of artificial intelligence to address the trade-offs between system performance, lifecycle cost, and operability/reliability.
