Catalog description

This course is an introductory study of communication practices, public speaking, group dynamics and group communication practices, as well as an introduction to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) writing style. The course prepares students for critical thinking and analytical processing or research topics, as well as developing strong reporting skills utilizing technical writing formats. This course does not replace the University requirement for successful completion of English 1000. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3
