Catalog description

This course provides students with the quantitative and analytical skills needed to build dynamic financial models for valuation, capital budgeting, risk analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and forecasting. Using Excel, VBA, Artificial Intelligence, and financial data analytics, students will apply scenario analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and optimization techniques to evaluate risk and return. Key topics include capital structure optimization, bond and equity valuation, real options, and financial statement modeling. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour : 1-3 Prerequisites: FINANC 8140 .
