Catalog description

A basic overview of financial futures and options markets. Topics include: theoretical pricing of financial futures contracts and stock options, institutional aspects of these markets, hedging, and speculative strategies. May be restricted during early registration to business students only and/or the following emphasis areas: Finance and Banking, Real Estate, International Business - Finance, and/or students who have declared the Investment Certificate. Some sections may be restricted to BSBA residential or BSBA Online students only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: FINANC 4020
