Catalog description

(cross-leveled with ECONOM 7251 ) Learning the economics of strategy creates an informed way of decision making in business. Weighing and analyzing available choices combined with consequences and outcomes yields viable possibilities that can unfold. These decisions happen daily, but few stop to consider how a different outcome could unfold if another option were considered. We will apply strategic decision making to a variety of business scenarios to reveal the value in a dynamic organization, by dealing with competitors and determining when to innovate.
