Catalog description

This course is a survey of economic analyses of American legal institutions. Students will apply basic microeconomics, game theoretic and statistical concepts to the study of property, contracts, torts, the legal process, crime, and the judiciary. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: ( ECONOM 1014 or ABM 1041 ) and ( ECONOM 3271 or ABM 2225 or ( STAT 1200 or higher)). May be restricted to Economics majors only during early registration
