(cross-leveled with ECE 4640 ). The main objective of this course is to provide hands-on skills for the interdisciplinary Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). It puts emphasis on the practical aspects of design, fabrication, test, and characterization of micro/nano devices and systems. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 4 Prerequisites: PHYSCS 2760 , CHEM 1320 or ECE 2100 ; instructor's consent
