This course is designed to provide an exploration into medical image processing, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of foundational principles and algorithms inherent to medical imaging. This will include fundamental concepts in medical images, image enhancement, image segmentation and image registration. We will also dig into MRI modality, emphasizing critical components like Fourier Transform, Motion Correction, the integration of Artificial Intelligence within MRI Image Processing, Clinical Applications and Case Studies.
