An introductory examination of ethical issues related to animal welfare, including animal use for food, research, and companionship, plus contemporary issues affecting companion animals, farm animals, and horses. Topics related to animal pain and legal status will also be discussed. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Recommended: junior standing
