Catalog description

In this writing intensive course, students will continue to gain a more in-depth understanding of how to effectively lead people. Students will have the opportunity to practice the skills covered in class through various leadership roles within the Air Force ROTC cadet wing. In addition, students will hone their writing and briefing skills. Topics include organizational climate, mentoring, conflict management, and organizational leadership theory. At the conclusion of the course, students will have a better understanding of Air and Space Force writing styles, as well as a better understanding of their own leadership abilities and how to keep improving them. Leadership laboratory must be taken in conjunction with this course. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: AERO 3100
