Leading People and Effective Communication I

Catalog description

In this course, students will gain a more in-depth understanding of how to effectively lead people. Students will have the opportunity to practice the skills covered in class through various leadership roles within the Air Force ROTC cadet wing. In addition, students will expand their writing and briefing skills. Topics include motivation, creative thinking, effective feedback, and ethical decision making. At the conclusion of the course, students will have a better understanding of their own leadership abilities and how to keep improving them. Leadership laboratory must be taken in conjunction with this course. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: AERO 2200
