Team and Leadership Fundamentals

Catalog description

This survey course is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of leadership and team building. Students will learn about the many layers of leadership which will become the foundation for facing the challenges of an Air or Space Force officer. Topics include self-awareness, listening skills, team building, and the Full-Range Leadership model. At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as apply leadership perspectives when completing team-building activities. Leadership laboratory must be taken in conjunction with this course. Credit Hour s : 2 Prerequisites: AERO 1200
