Credits: 3 Prerequisite: SPA 308 and SPA 321 or permission of the Department Chair of Speech-Language Pathology Overview of the basic strategies of therapeutic intervention for communicatively-disordered children and adults. Emphasis is placed upon rationales for selecting treatment models appropriate to individual client needs; the development and implementation of appropriate treatment programs; salient features of the client-clinician relations; and the assessment of treatment outcomes. Observation of diagnostic and treatment sessions required
