Credits: 2 The course introduces students to the principles of effective weight training, with a focus on safety, proper techniques, and individualized program design. Students will learn to perform foundational exercises, understand muscle function and training variables, evaluate equipment choices, and apply basic nutrition strategies to support strength and conditioning goals. Through hands-on gym sessions, guided discussions, and online materials, students will develop the skills and knowledge to build personalized training routines that align with their fitness objectives
