Credits: 3 Prerequisite: This course presents an overview of the basic principles and methods of epidemiological investigations for human health problems using a nontechnical approach that is geared to students from a variety of backgrounds. An overview of the nature of epidemiological research will be provided. In addition to covering basic epidemiologic concepts, the course will emphasize how these concepts can be applied when encountered in everyday life
