Credits: 3 This course examines various leadership theories and styles utilized in business and community organizations. Concepts and applications of goal setting, team building, negotiating, and communicating are discussed and practiced. students analyze case examples from organizations, and examine and develop their personal leadership styles and potentials through collaborative and experiential learning experiences
