(Prerequisite: BCS 3126 Collaborative Studio and BCS 1243 Construction Site Safety). Three hours of lecture and six hours of laboratory. In-depth study of construction systems, material applications, and quality assurance/control in the construction process. Students will engage in research, hands-on fabrication, and project-based learning, developing expertise in construction sequencing, cost estimating, and scheduling
