Catalog description

The goal of this lab is to practice and review skills learned in ASL classes. The lab provides an opportunity to enhance acquisition of the fundamental elements of American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive development of basic expressive and receptive skills through the use of supplementary learning media and materials, increased exposure to native language users, and guidance from proficient instructors. This course can be repeated up to six times, or for a maximum six credits, whichever limit is hit first.
